I wanted to take a moment to let you know how much we appreciate you and your team at Hawaiian International Celebrations.

The 50th Anniversary Party you put together for my parents was absolutely fantastic! The palm trees, flowers, Tiki huts, the table settings and Hawaiian atmosphere absolutely transformed the (rather boring) meeting room into a tropical paradise. Several of the guests in attendance who had seen the room before you worked your "magic" said they couldn't believe it was the same place--it was like they had been transported to Hawaii.

As for the food, it was nothing short of delicious! Many guests told me afterwards that it was better and more authentic than any Luaus they had attended in the past--even in Hawaii. The Kalua pork and the Lomi Lomi Salmon were particularly popular. (Personally, I loved the Poi--it was the best I have ever had).

The musical performances were another highlight of the event. The instrumental/singing trio were not only talented, but they seemed to be relaxed, enjoying themselves as they entertained the guests, putting us all into an "island" mood.

The Hawaiian Dance Program put on by Hawaiian Pride was incredible! So many people loved the traditional Kahiko style of dance with the chanter and the gourd drum beat. (One of our guests who had grown up in Hawaii said it was the most traditional, accurate Hawaiian dance she had seen in 40 years).

The graceful Hula section of the show was so beautiful--it was almost emotional in its power over the audience, including myself. The Tahitian portion of the program with the exceptional drummers was an exciting moment, as well.

The highlight of the entire event for me was to see my mom and dad sitting hand-in-hand, smiling, laughing, and enjoying their special day together in the presence of their friends and family, surrounded by the love and Aloha Spirit that you provided.

I can never thank you, Dawn Marie, your boys, your mom and dad, your sister and the entire crew enough.

I cant even begin to express how amazing you made this party, my parents as well as the guests were FLOORED! Thank you guys so much for everything and i mean everything, this party was a complete success and i have you guys to thank for it. From the min. you guys got to my house i felt like we were family! The transformation of my backyard into a little slice of Hawaii was beyond my expectations, your hard work, kindness, attention to detail really showed thru in everything! Even after hardly any sleep, running around in the sun/heat you guys worked through it with a smile and so much kindness. I really hope i have an excuse to have you in New York again! I would recommend you to ANYONE!
